Hippy Market - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hippy Market website and related services (the "Services") operated by Hippy Market, Inc. ("Hippy Market," "we," or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Hippy Market

Hippy Market is a wholesale retailer of cannabis accessories and lifestyle products serving qualified business customers.

2. Eligibility

The Services are for business customers purchasing for resale. By using the Services, you represent that:
  • You are at least 21 years old;
  • You are a U.S.-based business in good standing;
  • You hold all licenses required to resell the products in your jurisdiction;
  • You are purchasing for resale, not personal use; and
  • The information you provide is accurate.
We may verify eligibility and refuse service at our discretion.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products and Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. The price at the time you place your order applies. Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.

5. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount including tax and shipping. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend your account and pursue collection.

6. Shipping

We ship to the business address you provide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking is provided by email when your order ships.
Inspect orders upon delivery. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 5 business days with photo documentation for damage. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final except:
  • Items damaged in transit and reported within 5 business days with documentation;
  • Items that don't match what was ordered;
  • Defective items reported within 5 business days.
Approved returns are resolved as a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. You cover return shipping unless the issue is our error.

8. Compliance and Resale

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your resale activities, including licensing, age verification, labeling, and tax collection. You will not resell into jurisdictions where the product is prohibited. You will indemnify us for any claims arising from your resale.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the Services unlawfully;
  • Misrepresent your identity or eligibility;
  • Resell where prohibited;
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services;
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
Violations may result in termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services is owned by Hippy Market or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIPPY MARKET'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HIPPY MARKET IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Hippy Market from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your resale activities, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
